Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders will be processed pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm US PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed on the following Monday. FIRST MONDAY will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Due to COVID-19, there may be delays with your order. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Thank you for your patience.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by FIRST MONDAY within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. The safety of our team members always comes first. We will prioritize the well-being of our shipping team and your order will, of course, be of utmost importance to us. We are currently offering full returns within 60 days from order purchase date and within 60 days for an exchange. Please email to request for return or an exchange and we'll be more than happy to further assist you.
We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 10 business days of additional processing time for orders places with Ground Shipping. If you need to receive your order quickly, please make sure to select the expedited shipping option when checking out. All orders placed with expedited shipping will be prioritized and sent out on the same business day if the order is received before 12 PM PST Monday - Friday.
We currently offer free ground shipping for all orders in the month of May and June 2020.

FIRST MONDAY is currently offer free returns for all orders placed in the month of May and June 2020
within 60 days of order purchased date. The item(s) must be in new and unworn condition.
To complete a return, please contact and our customer service team will correspond with you. Our team members will send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form
that you must print, fill-out, and send with your return item(s).
Our team will also send you a pre-paid shipping label via email for you to print out and attach to your shipment package(s).
Within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your refund has been processed. Please note, your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Unfortunately, we are currently not offering international shipping.
